The ground absorbs almost all visual weight, leaving the central medallion to do its work through raised relief rather than color contrast — the rug reads sculptural, almost like brushed slate when seen in oblique light. Family / lifestyle

Black is honest about itself: the boldest palette in the line, the most photographically striking, and the most demanding to maintain. Pet hair, dust, lint, and any pale spill shows immediately on the ground. The heat-set pile makes the rug softer than wool underfoot, but the palette is for adult-led design-forward rooms, not for family rooms with light-colored pets or active small children.
