Why we don't quote ourselves here

Hand-picked testimonials on a brand's own page tell a curated story — the brand's story. Independent reviews on Google and Yelp tell a fuller, messier, more honest one. We'd rather you read the full record than a pruned version of it.

Both platforms include:

• Reviews from families who walked into the Sacramento showroom on a Saturday
• Reviews from interior designers and trade clients across Northern California
• Reviews from online-only buyers who used our concierge consultation before ordering
• Photographs of rugs in customers' actual homes — under their actual light
• The occasional critical review, and our response to it (we read and answer every one)

The fastest path is a Google review, which carries the most weight and shows up directly in our local search results.
