Most prefer to come to us rather than have us come down: more rugs to compare in one place, better light, and a quieter conversation than a home visit allows.
Send the URLs of pieces you want to see in person; we'll have them down and ready on arrival. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are the easiest times to coordinate a focused visit.
White-glove delivery to your home
For East Bay deliveries, we coordinate white-glove placement within 3 to 5 business days. The delivery team unrolls the rug in place, removes packaging, and confirms the fit with you before leaving. For commissions or pieces over $5,000, a Sacramento-team specialist can come to your home with two or three rugs to compare in your actual light — no charge within Contra Costa County for orders at that level.
