Before you commit to a rug, you should be able to ask the questions you'd ask in a showroom — even if you're not in one. Our concierge consultation does exactly that, on your timing.
How it works
You write or call. A specialist on our Sacramento showroom team responds the same business day. We walk through size, color, fiber, weave density, and room placement using the photographs and measurements you share. If something in our collection fits, we point you to it. If not, we say so honestly — and either source a piece or send you elsewhere.
No pressure to buy. No marketing follow-up sequence. The consultation is on us.

The fastest path. Call or message (916) 890-4077 during open hours. WhatsApp accepts photos and short videos — useful for showing the actual room and existing furniture in real light.
Email Concierge
Write info@stylishrugs.us with the room dimensions, a photo from the doorway, and a sense of palette. Expect a thoughtful reply within the same business day, with two or three pieces matched to your room.
Video Call
For larger investments or complex rooms, we'll arrange a Zoom or WhatsApp video call. You walk us through the space; we walk you through rugs we'd pull from the showroom for that exact room.
In-Person Showroom
For visitors to Sacramento, the full collection sits in our Watt Avenue showroom. Drop in during open hours, or call ahead so we hold a specialist for a focused session.

Size & placement
The single most common reason rugs go back is a sizing miss — too small, mostly. We talk through living-room layouts, dining-room overhang, runner lengths, oversized formal spaces, and how to hold a room together when you have more than one rug in view.
Color, palette & light
Sacramento light is different from Bay Area light, which is different from Tahoe light. We work with your natural light and existing furniture to find a palette that reads warm without going heavy.
Fiber, weave & care
Hand-knotted versus machine-woven, polypropylene blend versus wool, 800 reeds versus 1500 reeds, what holds up under children and pets and what doesn't. Honest, mechanical answers — no marketing language.

- Yes. No deposit, no minimum, no obligation. The cost lives in our overhead, not in a fee.
- What if I'm just browsing?
- That's most of our conversations. We'd rather you find the right rug eventually than the wrong rug now.
- Can you ship a rug to my home for a few days to see it in light?
- For Sacramento and the immediate Bay Area, yes — by arrangement, refundable hold. For everywhere else, our 30-day return policy serves a similar function. Ask the concierge directly.
- What languages do your specialists speak?
- English, Persian (Farsi), and Arabic. Wedding rug, majlis floor set, and heritage piece consultations are comfortable in any of these.
