Most buyers come to us in one of three ways: through a Bay Area interior designer who has placed our rugs in Hillsborough, Woodside, or Portola Valley homes; through a referral from a Stanford or Menlo Park family who walked our Sacramento showroom; or through a relocation move where the existing rug doesn't quite work in the new room.
The conversation typically starts with photographs, sometimes a designer plan, and a question — "is there a 12×18 in this palette" or "can you commission this in a non-standard size." We answer the same business day.

White-glove delivery
For Atherton and the immediate peninsula, we coordinate white-glove delivery directly. The delivery team unrolls the rug in place, removes the packaging, and confirms the fit with you before leaving. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days from purchase.
For larger orders or commissions, we can arrange a Sacramento-team site visit — we'll bring two or three rugs to your home in good light so you can see them in the actual room before deciding. There is no charge for this visit within the immediate Bay Area for orders over $5,000.

For clients who want to see the full collection in person, our Sacramento showroom is about 2 hours up I-80. We're happy to coordinate the visit around your schedule and have specific rugs pulled and ready when you arrive.
