We do our best to describe and photograph every rug accurately. However, screen colors vary, and natural variations in pile, weave, and color can occur between batches. Subtle differences between the photograph and the rug you receive are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Canadian customers may see CAD-equivalent prices at checkout based on real-time conversion. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Errors

Despite our efforts, errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability can occur. If we discover an error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
