Where We Ship

We ship every order free across the continental United States and Canada. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees — the price you see on a rug is the price at checkout. Whether you order one runner or an eight-foot statement piece, shipping is on us.

Delivery Times

Every rug ships from our Sacramento warehouse, hand-selected at our 3423 Watt Avenue showroom before it leaves.

Most orders leave our facility within 24 hours of placement on business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery times reflect business days only — weekends and statutory holidays don't count toward the estimate.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

The moment your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. As soon as your rug ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow the package in real time.

If you haven't received a confirmation within an hour of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll resend it.

Carriers We Use

We partner with FedEx and UPS for most domestic deliveries, and occasionally USPS for smaller runners. For Canadian deliveries, we coordinate with FedEx and UPS for cross-border shipping. Carrier selection is based on destination, rug dimensions, and the fastest available service — we always choose the carrier that gets your rug to you in the best condition.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

For Canadian customers: Customs duties or provincial taxes may apply at delivery. These are determined by your provincial regulations and are not included in the rug price. Most rug shipments to Canada incur minimal or no duty due to USMCA trade provisions, but the carrier may collect a small brokerage fee on delivery.

If you have questions about expected duties before ordering, give us a call at (916) 890-4077 and we'll do our best to estimate based on your address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Every rug leaves our warehouse wrapped, padded, and inspected. In the rare case that your rug arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we'll make it right:

  • If your package is damaged in transit: Take photos of the damage and the packaging, then email us at info@stylishrugs.us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it: Check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us. We'll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
  • If tracking shows your package is delayed: Most carrier delays resolve within 2–3 days. If your package is more than five business days past its estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll follow up directly.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the exact address you provide. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 1 hour of ordering at (916) 890-4077 and we'll do our best to correct it before the rug leaves our warehouse.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. A second shipping fee may apply in these cases since the original delivery was attempted in good faith.

International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada)

We currently ship only within the United States and Canada. If you're outside North America and interested in a specific piece, please reach out — we may be able to arrange custom international freight for select orders.
