Buy Persian, Afghan & Turkish Rugs in Granite Bay, CA
Granite Bay is Placer County's quiet luxury corridor — large-acreage estates around Folsom Lake, equestrian properties along Cavitt Stallman Road, and gated communities like Treelake and Eagle Heights. The homes here are designed for entertaining and longevity: formal dining rooms scaled for 12, two-story foyers, library-grade studies. The rugs that suit these spaces are our finest machine-woven Persian-design weaves, plus genuine hand-knotted Afghan carpets shown by appointment. Stylish Rugs & Carpets serves Granite Bay through our Sacramento showroom (25 minutes south).
Granite Bay Neighborhoods We Serve
Each part of Granite Bay has its own housing era and design language. The rug that belongs in a 1920s Craftsman is very different from one that suits a 2020s great room. Here's how we think about each corner of Granite Bay.
Treelake & Eagle Heights
Granite Bay's most prestigious gated communities — custom estates from 5,000 to 12,000 sqft on view lots above Folsom Lake. Formal living and dining rooms here take our largest size, 10×13 — often in our finest machine-woven Persian-design weaves. The interior designers we work with most frequently in Granite Bay are styling these homes.
Cavitt Stallman Equestrian Corridor
Large-acreage equestrian estates with stable homes, guest houses, and entertaining barns. Traditional Persian medallions, antique-style carpets, and durable wool-pile weaves work well in the main residences; tribal Turkmen and Afghan kilims for the secondary buildings.
Quail Glen & Country Club Estates
Established luxury custom homes along Auburn-Folsom Road and the Granite Bay Golf Club. Tuscan, Mediterranean, and traditional-American architecture — Persian medallions in cream-and-gold or burgundy-and-ivory anchor the formal entertaining rooms beautifully.
Newer Granite Bay Bluffs & View Lots
Contemporary luxury custom builds on Folsom Lake view lots — open floor plans, two-story windows, modern-transitional palettes. Silk-touch Persian medallions in soft cream and grey, modern Turkish luxury weaves, and large neutral abstract designs work well here.

Granite Bay Rug FAQs
Do you commission hand-knotted Persian and Tabriz rugs for Granite Bay estates?
No - we do not commission or weave rugs to order. We sell from stock, and 10x13 ft (300x400 cm) is the largest size we carry. Genuine hand-knotted Afghan carpets - Turkmen, Khal Mohammadi, Baluch and Aqcha in hand-spun wool - are shown in our Sacramento showroom by appointment. Call (916) 890-4077 to arrange a viewing.
What size rug fits a Treelake or Eagle Heights formal living room?
Most call for our largest size. 10x13 ft (300x400 cm) is the biggest rug we carry, sold from stock; for a room that needs more coverage, two rugs defining separate zones read better than one oversized rug.
Do you offer in-home consultations for Granite Bay clients?
We do not offer in-home consultations or previews. You are welcome at our Sacramento showroom, 3423 Watt Avenue, open daily 10 AM to 7:30 PM, and we deliver locally once you have chosen.
Do you carry antique Persian rugs?
No - we do not stock antiques, and we do not currently stock genuine silk. The genuine hand-knotted carpets we keep are Afghan, in hand-spun wool (Turkmen gul, Khal Mohammadi, Baluch and Aqcha), shown at our Sacramento showroom by appointment; they are not listed online. Everything in the online catalogue is machine-woven in Turkiye with hand-finished fringes.
